Logic’s TICkit download cable is required to transfer programs from the
Integrated Development Environment (IDE) on your PC to the TICkits memory.
The
cable contains circuitry that converts RS232 signal levels into 5 volt logic
levels used in the TICkit circuitry. The
cable can also be used for data transfer or other bi-directional serial
applications.
